Your Kingdom nature — Our Kingdom nature assumes success is faithfulness found in a growing intimacy with Jesus. Success is not evaluated by the outcomes of our actions. But it is a joy that comes from a growing intimacy with God, and a growing awareness of being known by Him. Our actions then flow naturally from our affection for God, and not from a sense of duty to respond to His expectations of us. Our success is not related to what we do, but it occurs when our heart becomes His heart.

Coach: Ask your student to read out-loud the text on the left here and then ask them to tell you which parts of this makes sense and why, and if any parts do not seem right, and why.

Coach: After viewing the above video, have your student refer to their written answers from the first four questions from page one (“What makes a trial in my life a trial?” … ). Ask them to discuss which parts of their answers reflect their Fallen nature, and which parts of their answers reflect their Kingdom nature.
