Well, actually, the correct answer was “all of the above.” All of these are likely, at least in the minds of some of the people in your group, if you fail finish on time: it will be perceived as an inconsiderate inconvenience it will tend to destroy your credibility as a leader, and you may be stealing time from those group members who may have made other plans for later.
